Dr. Marc has held leadership positions and developed strong expertise in leadership development consulting at two global consulting firms, Linkage, Inc. and the Forum Corporation. He also co-founded two start-ups, including Scout OnDemand, an enterprise coaching solutions provider, and Cobalt Strategies, a human-capital consulting firm.
